Dear stockholders of our company, Our Company’s Board of Manegement took the decision to print and distribute the first issue of stock certificate, registered the decision at the Ayvalık Chamber of Commerce and announced it in the Trade Registry Gazette dated 10 November 2021 and numbered 10448, as can be seen below. The printing process of the stock certificates has been started and when it is completed, a separate announcement will be made to our stockholders regarding the distribution and delivery method.
